Begusarai MP and Union Minister of State Giriraj Singh, who is often in the news for controversial statements, slipped while speaking to journalists on the agricultural bill at Laheriasarai in Darbhanga and openly abused the Congress. Attacking the Congress party, it said that Congress is a party of dual character.
